Cancellation Policy:

Your reservations are very important to Mane Haus. Because we reserve multiple hours in the day just for you, we ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with a 48hr notice.  We enforce this policy so that our team of professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. This helps to honor our team’s commitment to excellence while they continue to provide for themselves and their families. 

Cancellation Fees: 

-Less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved appointment(s). 

-Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved appointment(s). No shows will be charged 100% of the service amount. 

Mane Haus desires to continually create a culture and environment that honors our guests and team. We are grateful for your understanding of the value of our team’s time.


Satisfaction Policy:

We want to make sure our clients are completely satisfied with their services. Clients who are unsatisfied with their cut or color are asked to contact Mane Haus with-in 24 hours from original appointment. At that point we will evaluate the proper course of action! No refunds will be given on services.

Children Policy:

With Mane Haus being an intimate space, we kindly ask that you please leave your children home during your service unless they have an appointment with us. If you cannot find proper care for them during your service, we can find a better date that will fit your schedule. Thank you for understanding.

Right To Refuse Policy:

Mane Haus reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our team.
